- Bed and bathroom linen  (bed linen changed every 7days, bathroom linen changed every 3 days).

- Shared facilities  such as the swimming-pool, leisure areas, baby park, tennis courts, volleyball, bowling, giant chess game, billiard and football table car park are included. 

- wather, gas, light, air conditioning.

- Room cleaning (at the arrival and at departure),the cooking facilities have to be cleaned before leaving (otherwise extra charge 20 Euros).

- Kitchen linen 

-  Extra beds: adults Euro 20,00 -  babies (cm.130 long bed) Euro 10,00

- Pets: Euro 7.00 per day (please advise at reservation time). 
                                                                                                      
- Extra room cleaning: put in order room & cooking facilities, change of bathroom linen for double room andone-roomed flat Euro 20,00, for two-roomed flat and Suites Euro 30.00.
